As Voci’s new CEO (click on the About page to read a little more about me), I’m very pleased to have the opportunity to connect with you about something that’s always been important to me. I believe strongly in providing customers with the information they need about the solutions that can improve their business operations.
This website and its blog have a lot of content about V-Blaze and V-Spark, how their underlying artificial intelligence works, and even about how to protect customer data from cyberattacks.
But I always think we can do more for you.
That’s why I challenged the leadership here at Voci to step outside everything we’ve talked about before, at work as well as industry and academic publications, and to deeply consider what our customers need.
I asked them two questions:
First, what do we not always talk about? As a customer or a potential customer, you need to have as much information as possible in order to make a qualified decision. I asked my team to identify what customers should know, but haven’t been informed of as yet.
Second, what do our customers need to hear from us? As a smart customer, you’re going to listen to outside experts, read up on the latest industry news, and probably talk to our competitors. Are there answers that you need from us that we haven’t provided?
My team did its due diligence with this assignment, and I’m proud to say everyone came up with some great blogs which have more than met my challenge. Enjoy!
